University of Sydney - New Health Humanities Group in Australia

In a follow-up to an earlier message about a research collaboration in health humanities at the uNiversity of Sydney in Australia, I am delighted to inform everyone that the expression of interest for the Health Humanities project node, which we have turned in at the beginning oif the year, has been approved by our Executive Committee. The 60+ academic and professional member of this node have now also become a member of the Charles Perkins Centre (http://sydney.edu.au/perkins/) and its broader academic community.
I believe, we will be one of the first research groups in health humantieis in Australia and hope to make an important contribution to the Charles Perkins Centre and the International Health Humanties research family. We certainly look forward to future collaborations to explore research and education activities.
